  ഒരു   വൃദ്ധ .  എപ്പോഴും   ചുണ്ടിൽ   ചിരി .  വേദനകൾ   കടിച്ചമർത്തിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള ചിരിയാണെന്ന്   തോന്നുമെങ്കിലും   ചിരിക്കുന്നു .  ദ്വന്ദ്വങ്ങൾ ,  അദ്വൈതം , പരമാത്മസാക്ഷാത്ക്കാരം ,  വൈരാഗ്യം ,  യോഗസാധന   ഇത്യാദി   ഒരു   പദങ്ങളും അവരുടെ   നിഘണ്ടുവിലില്ല .  കളങ്കമില്ലാത്ത   ചിരിയിൽ   അപരാവിദ്യയില്ല .  പരാവിദ്യ ഒളിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു .  പ്രവൃത്തിയിലും   വാക്കുകളിലും   മനോഭാവത്തിലും അവരറിയാതെ   ആ   ജ്ഞാനം   പ്രകാശിച്ചു .  അമ്മേ ,  അമ്മ   ഒറ്റക്കിരിക്കുകയാണോ ?  അനുകമ്പ   അർഹിക്കുന്ന   ആളാണെന്ന ധാരണയിലാണ്   സമീപിച്ചത് .  ഉടൻ   മറുപടി  :  ഒററക്കല്ല ,  എന്റെ   കൂടെ   എപ്പഴും   കൃഷ്ണനുണ്ട് . ഏത്   കൃഷ്ണൻ ? അറിയില്ലേ ,  വൃന്ദാവനത്തിലെ   കൃഷ്ണൻ ? കൃഷ്ണൻ   കൈപിടിച്ച്   എഴുന്നേൽപ്പിക്കുകയും ,  കിടക്കുമ്പോൾ അടുത്തിരിക്കുകയും ,  പല   കാര്യങ്ങളും   പറയുകയും ,  പൊട്ടിച്ചിരിക്കുകയും ,  ഞാൻ കരഞ്ഞാൽ   കണ്ണീർ   തുടക്കുകയും   ചിരിച്ചാൽ   എന്നെ   കെട്ടിപ്പിടിക്കുകയും   എന്റെ ഒപ്പമിരുന്ന്   ഭക്ഷണം   കഴിക്കുകയും   എന്നെ   സമയത്തിന്   മരുന്ന്‌   കഴിക്കാൻ ഓർമ്മിപ്പിക്കുകയും   ഒക്കെ ,  ഒക്കെ   ചെയ്യും .  കൃഷ്ണനുള്ളതുകൊണ്

  This story happened in Dwapara yuga during Krishna's childhood days in Vrindavan. We know about all the asuras sent by Kamsa (like Shakataasura, Thrunavartha, Bakaasura etc) to kill Krishna and what happened to all of them. Here is a different story of a regular thief who lived in Vrindavan. There was a thief who never saw Krishna, but heard a lot about Him. He listened to a lot of songs describing the beauty of Krishna decorated with all his ornaments like bangles, bracelets, earrings, anklets, necklaces including "pulinakhamothiram" etc. Being a thief, the description of the ornaments appealed to him more than Krishna's beauty.
